Changes to Google Adwords Extensions

Google recently announced changes to the extension feature for Google AdWords.  You can no longer spam the ad with multiple extensions all going to the same landing page.  True to Google’s mandate, they want to improve user experience.  Each extension must point to a unique landing page so as to provide new information relevant to the extension title.  Google is giving some grace for the next little while for existing ads but will enforce all new ads to comply.  Ads that do not conform to the new policy will not have ad extensions displayed so be warned.  We are in the process of ensuring all of our clients conform to the new standards.
